We were on a roadtrip from Colorado back to California when we had a major issue late on a Sunday. We made it to Auto Zone in Price and Jose helped us out. He went well above and beyond to get us back on our way and safely to Salt Lake City. Such a helpful young man—-EXCELLENT customer service.

I had to return my front rotors and pads under warranty. They made the process relatively easy and straight forward. One of the employees was a bit rude when it came to my car. I'm sorry we all can't afford brand new vehicles. Other than that, things were good.

I have gone to this Autozone for years, and they've always been great. I'm compelled to give them 5 stars specifically after my latest visit as they bent over backwards to try helping me figure out why my car wasn't accepting the new battery. Really friendly staff. Even had someone come to rescue me after mt car stalled out. Great place!
