Carquest of Price offers excellent customer service with some of the best staff in town, who are friendly, kind, and always willing to help as much as possible. They are very well stocked and organized. The staff is known for being welcoming, accommodating, and going above and beyond, such as diagnosing vehicle issues quickly or calling around to help customers. However, some note service can be more or less good, with parts found online sometimes unavailable in the store. The business also holds weekly drawings.

Excellent customer service! We were looking for a place to recycle coolant. Even though they don't offer the service, they called around to find someone that does. We're not used to stores being so welcoming and accommodating. They are also very well stocked and organized. This was a very pleasant experience. Thank you!
