I've come here a handful of times over the past few years whenever it's a special occasion and my preferred lash artist is booked out. I hate being a bummer with a 2-star review, but 3-star is meant to be an average studio and to me, the experience has been below-average. Every single time, the lashes fall out early and it's not because of the natural lash cycle- when I find the loose lashes, there's no natural lash attached. So I know it's not because of my lashes naturally falling off over time. The glue here doesn't seem to match the quality I've found at other studios. Another important point with this studio is that they do not put a lash extension on every single lash. I think they must have some set number of lash extensions they'll use per eye- it doesn't matter if you have way more lashes if it's above their limit. I've noticed that they're not the studio where you can feel the artist slowly comb through your lashes to make sure they didn't miss any lashes. So for me, they tend to look fine for the first few days, but after that they look pretty sparse and I end up paying extra to get them professional removed and then I regret coming all over again. There's many glowing reviews for this studio so I may just be an unlucky customer, but I also noticed that they seem to have a lot of fake reviews being weeded out by Yelp. If you scroll down to the very bottom and click on the "X reviews not currently recommended", there's certain date ranges where tons of five-star reviews pour in (such as in August 2019) and the profiles only have 1 or 2 reviews. Obviously, these got flagged by Yelp already, but if that's a sign that this business is willing to compromise for clearly fake reviews, then it just makes me cautious about some of the other reviews on here.

I made a appointment, showed up and the business is locked up no one here. You also cannot speak to anyone on the phone. They won't answer. Only got a text asking if I had any questions and I replied and guess what NO RESPONSE Save yourself frustration for wasting valuable time

I've been getting lashes here for a year. Great price and service. The salon is newly redesigned. It is terrific value. I'm always pleased with my lashes and manager is very professional & helpful.

I absolutely love Jennie. She always does my lashes exactly how I want them. Jennie never lets me leave unhappy and does the ABSOLUTE most to make sure my lashes look amazing. I wouldn't even think about going to see someone else! Pics of my lashes to prove she's the best :)

I highly recommend this shop. Liz did my eyelashes and I love them!! The staff is very friendly and patient. They take their time to do everything correctly and explained the process to me. Prices are very fair. I am much happier with the product in comparison with other shops. Overall a great place.

I have been seeing Liz since March of 2021 for my lashes which were a birthday gift to myself . It’s turned into an all year repeating gift as I was thrilled with the salon , the people , and Liz’s work !!

I must say..i read the negative reviews that others have left, it was almost similar to mine. Its nice to know that i wasn't the only one that she treated like this. Monica the owner, does have very terrible customer service skills, because she doesn't realize people go out of their way & take the time for her service, she just cancels on them when she feels like it & if you try to talk to her about it, she doesn't want to answer you. I hope people can see, she might do a good job, but watch out, she mite cancel on you at a time you need your lashes the most. Its one thing when she cancels on you & you live in the area, for me at the time, i flew in from California for my appt with her & she cancelled on me. She never talked it out with me, i never understood why she didn't even care. She just made me have an appt with someone else. Customer service is everything in a business, your product or service can be very expensive & people dont like spending alot, but they will if the customer experience is great, they'll always come back. Their will always be someone better then you, monica needs to brush up on her customer service skills before she starts losing her customers. Too bad she's still the same.....negative 1 for her negative customer service skills....

Lina is the beeessst! It actually took me so long to find a quality lash artist in SLC! I still had lashes attached after almost a month haha! I go in about every 2 to 2.5 half weeks and she does such an amazing job but is also a sweetheart! Will be going to her as long as she does lashes :)

Lexi J does such an amazing job on my lashes! She’s so talented and I love her work. I also saw her for ombré powder brows and I’m in LOVE with them! She’s so friendly and listens to the exact looking you’re trying to achieve. I definitely recommend seeing her!

I'm extremely disappointed with the service and customer service that this place offers. I went to have work done and drove all the way to the place to try to find the location and no one answered. The technician then calls me and doesn't even realize they have two different phone numbers associated with the company. They have a yelp number and the lash technician has their own number that's not even listed. After speaking with the Technician, who called me from a different number (40 minutes after the call). She asked if I wanted to make another appointment after I couldn't get a hold of her. She never mentioned she would charge me considering the building is tricky to find and she didn't even realize that the number posted on Yelp was a different number than hers. On top of just don't make the call to see if a person is coming 40 minutes later. If you're going to have a phone number on Yelp and accept appointments please make sure the phone numbers match. Also have the decency on the phone to let this be known that you're still going to make the charge anyway after you decided to call 40 minutes later to confirm if the customer was making the appointment. Canceling charges makes since for no shows that don't show up and that have made no contact before their appointment. Also, keep in mind I'm being charged $77 days after the service was supposed to be done. A huge disappointment and customer service is awful.
