“We bought a 1500lbs bale of hay and we loaded it into our doge ram 1500 . When we got home and we got it unloaded we disvovered mold in it so we called the store to let them know that there was mold but there was no way we could load it back up to take back . So the manager told us to take pictures and bring them in and they would replace it 😃 we are so super grateful for the amazing customer service we received !!!! Thanks you !!!!!”
