This Smith's still has the old beautiful tiles, they are aged but I very much prefer them to the new floors you find in the chain. Employees were kind and the store signage was updated to the new kroger ones. No self checkouts! I take that as a win.

The pharmacy team is great, but they are always way too busy and it’s hard to get timely service. Unfortunately, the rest of the store doesn’t feel very welcoming. The front-end employees are not friendly, often ignore customers, and don’t seem interested in helping. On top of that, they don’t even trust their own coupons, which makes the checkout experience frustrating. Overall, the customer service at this location could use a lot of improvement.

I know this is late! On my birthday(Aug 12) I always get The Nightmare Before Christmas Jack the pumpkin king face on cupcakes. They went above and beyond what I was asking for!! Thank you so much for making part of my birthday worth while.

There is a dining area where you can eat indoors after checking out. There are also trash cans and toilets, which is very convenient!

I'm utterly disappointed by the lack of cashiers this place has, I had to wait in line for 15 min and I only had 2 items. If you can't afford to keep cashiers then invest in self checkouts for people who have this problem. Rather go to Walmart.
