“These folks went the extra mile and really saved us in a tough situation as we were traveling across multiple states. Our car was dangerously struggling on mountain grades—warped rotors, damaged tires (and we also discovered later, a cracked wheel). We arrived about a half hour before closing and they stayed a long time after hours sourcing rare parts for our custom vehicle. When parts arrived the next day, they squeezed us into a fully booked schedule because they knew we were a large family stranded without a car and wanted to get us back on the road as soon as possible.

They have a comfortable waiting room (our kids appreciated comfy chairs, movies & popcorn!). Their team of mechanics kept us up-to-date with progress on the repair, were very competent in assessing our problems, and tried to find us the best deals possible. So grateful for the truly excellent service.”

“Very friendly staff, and they even allowed my family and my dogs and I to hang out inside the lobby while we waited for help from anyone. We were stranded in the Canyons for 3 1/2 hours, in the hot Joe's valley desert sun getting sunburnt with my 2yrold baby girl and my wife and 2 dogs, before someone FINALLY stopped when I flagged them down and actually had cell service. Very friendly people working there and very understanding staff.They even gave my dogs water and treats. Upon learning that I wasn't able to afford the full amount for the services, they offered me a discount on everything after realizing we were stranded and they decided to set aside some of the company policies and actually be human and really HELP us. They made it so it was slightly more affordable for our budget in that emergency situation because of that I was able to get my family back home safely which was 4 hours away. ? not many places are like this and people really appreciate a little humanity once in awhile. I'll remember this forever. And a 5 star review and some services at their location is the best way I can convey my appreciation in these hard times. ??”

“Allan and Kody totally saved us. We came in on a wing and a prayer, Friday night, 6:01 pm, and we were panicked. We had been pulling a trailer for a family member and had blown a tire 6 miles into the canyon. Allan must have seen the desperation in our faces as we pulled up because instead of telling us they were closed, as he had every right to do, he came with compassion and immediately asked what was wrong and asked how he could help. He was a total Godsend. He and Kody not only repaired the tire but then offered to follow us back into the canyon to make sure the hubs were OK and that we could get on the road.
