Unquestionably the worst banking experience I've ever had, and an absolute nightmare for my 84 year old mother. The staff at our local branch try to be helpful, but the corporate National chain is the most uncaring unprofessional organization I've ever dealt with. You'd think a bank holding well over $200k of our money might want to keep us as customers, but they clearly couldn't care less. Wells Fargo should be shut down and dismantled by the US Government.

Worst branch I have ever been too. I showed them both my ID cards including military and they threatened to call security. They were saying my account was flagged and I was not who I was saying I was. Completely unprofessional.

Worse experience I've ever had at this bank. The right hand dosen't know what the left hand is doing. And their Manager is on vacation?♀️ Don't go here. If you can avoid it.

There's only a drive up ATM machine? Really??? So, I have to stand in front, and behind cars, while I'm trying to deposit or withdraw? People in there cars looking, like, where is he doing. Then in side, they have 4 teller booths, 15 people working there, and only 1 person working 1 taller booth. Long lines don't matter. On my in Utah you would see such inbred thing's.

Staff are very welcoming. We use the drive thru quite often. Very convient since it is so hot out. The teller always greets us with a smile and is always helpful. Im very happy with our banking choice.
