We looked for a place with a good price and rented a unit here for a price we thought would be the price for a least a few years but they keep raising it and one unit is up to $250, they've raised our rent multiple times by huge percentages like 25% multiple times so don't believe the price you signed up for. In the future I will look for rates that are locked in for a certain amount of time before rates can go up, I didn't know they can raise rent WHENEVER they WANT by HOWEVER MUCH they want. I know rent increases are normal but 25% is a lot multiple times. I am going to see if my 80 year old parents can move our things to a different storage unit since we are out of state and we need storage for a few more years so it's worth it to move out because raising it $50 a month to $250 is $600 more a year. A normal rent raise is 5% and some states cap it at 10% . Did my income go up by 25%? Do you get 25% raises each year? 25% rent increases are NOT NORMAL. This place has caused us so much stress. I believe our rate is over double what we initially signed up for just over 2 years ago.

I couldn’t get my lock to open after an hour of trying to push it and i thought it was over. so I called the providence location to have them try and open it and they made miracles happen. a guy and a girl (i can’t remember there names) came and got me a new weather strip and were able to close the lock for me. God speed to both of them.

I began using Extra Space Storage in Providence in 2020. I have found the facility to be well maintained and secure. Nicole has been extremely helpful each time I have had questions and I have certainly had a few I would recommend using Extra Space Storage in Providence if you have storage needs.
