I took my RAM 2500 in because of a bad water pump. After tearing it down to get to it they called and told me that I also needed to replace my radiator because it had a crack in. Long story short, the radiator did not have a crack in it, they claimed they knew where the crack was but lied through their teeth about having found it in the pressure test. I had them replace just the water pump and now when I step on the gas my entire 2023 RAM shakes and makes a terrible noise. They were also going to charge me $276 for gaskets they said they replaced but never did until I asked them specifically if they replaced them.
Very dishonest people and clearly they caused another problem that did not exist before. Stay away from this place.

Master Mechanic may make mistakes just like any other shop, but their management is where they shine the most for me. They are responsible and honest and have been a great help when navigating a difficult issue that came up with my vehicle.

Always ask for a second quote. Was charged nearly $300 in labor for a pipe replacement.

It was proven to me again today that master mechanic is the only shop in town that I can trust to do the job right.
I unfortunately took my truck to a couple different places recently and it ended up costing me $800-$900.
Master Mechanic is the only mechanic I can go to at this point and know that my vehicles are going to get taken care of. I’m never taking my vehicles anywhere else.

Made an appointment and dropped off my truck early in the morning. When I called later on that day they told that they never had my truck on the schedule and couldn’t help me. I set up a ride and dropped off my truck early in the morning FOR NOTHING! Won’t be going back.

Master mechanic is seriously the best mechanic in Logan! Brought my car in after having several codes on my dash for months that it drove me nuts and a few other issues that I didn't have the time or money to bring it in. And let's just say, I am BLOWN AWAY by how fast and affordable it was to get repaired! Thank you guys so much!

Working with this shop has been an absolute nightmare. I bought a transmission from them and was told it had 60k miles but the invoice I received said 96k. When i confronted them about this, I was told it was a “typo”. But if it was an honest typo, they would be happy to cooperate and show me the proof of the mistake but it’s been nothing but lie after lie. Both Tanner(front desk) and Kevin(manager) have lied to me and have both told me two different stories and made up multiple excuses as to why they can’t get me the paperwork regarding the transmission and correct mileage even though I have files of evidence of their dishonesty towards me and the situation. They also allowed me to take my car knowing it had an exhaust leak, which they caused when putting in the transmission, I’m hoping it hasn’t done more damage. I will be seeking legal action for the lies this shop has told and the evidence I have to prove how dishonest this shop is.

These guys are great, always honest, they do good work and have always taken great care of my vehicles. I would recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic. I won't take my cars anywhere else.

Amazing service. I live out of state and my daughter is attending school in Logan. Justin communicated TONS, service was amazing, scheduled an appointment and they were quick to diagnose the vehicle. I felt like Justin enjoys his job and respects everyone he works with.

Took my 2010 BMW X5 30I here on 04/03/24. Car has 118K on it and like any aging BMW it likes to go through your wallet. Justin was very helpful and patient. Went above and beyond to explain and help. Prices were not bad considering the car and what needs to be done. Gave me ride home while working on my car. Front desk area looked clean and professional. Overall, my impressions of the shop and staff are good. Will be returning a few days later to finalize some work on the car.
