Clean theaters, nice people, good lighting and sound. Chairs are comfortable and there are some recliners. Concessions are good but long lines.

The theaters are always clean, the staff is always helpful and friendly, and they’ve added luxury seating to most of their theaters which we love.

My family and I are longtime customers and supporters of your theater...However, I'm changing my review!I'm very very disappointed in the Providence Megaplex theater and (Megaplex Corp)...We went to the opening of Staw Wars Phantom Menace... Myself and saon plus his friends all had our lightsabers to lightup at the start of the movie...just like we seen on line at other theaters... fans screaming and cheering for the start of the movie...However, Providence Megaplex theater "DOES NOT" allow you to have fun at a premiere like that?????!!!!!!????They wouldn't let a young man wear his Stars Wars helmet, and they won't let you wear makeup???? I was going to paint my face like Darth Maul, I had per bought my ticket so I would have been pissed if I would have had to drive home to wash my face!!! Glad I only had to take my lightsaber to my car...Our movie was at 10:10 pm... so so sad they won't let people have fun and celebrate theater.They said they are a family theater, they won't even let little kids dress-up ????Wong wrong wrong wrong wrong wrong wrong ?...It just was so disappointing ?
