Called multiple times an hour before closing and the phone would just ring, then the call will just end. I was calling because with a toddler and a7 week old baby, it is really hard to get out and about right now and I have a serious issue that could have garnered them business. Potentially repeat customer type of business.
2 stars is because I've been there in person before and they were nice and helpful.

I called ahead to ask if they had 100 grit Aluminum Oxide for blast cabinets. The guy on the phone went back to see if they had it, said they had two bags of it, but wasn't sure of the grit, after a couple of minutes he said it was 100 grit. Drove into town to get it only to find he lied. They didn't have it. They had coal slag but no aluminum oxide. What a waste of my time especially when I called first.

Poorly managed store. Have been back 3-4 times in the last 4 months to have a propane tank filled. Always claim the part they need to fill the propane tank is broke. I guess it's been broke for the last 5 months...

I just want to start off by saying how rude this store’s associates are. I called for a quick 5 second question about an item and before I could complete my question I was cut off by the boy I was talking to because he “assumed” what my question was going to be. By the time he finished ranting about how dumb he thought I was. I asked if he would let me finish my question. He replied with a snarky attitude, “what did you need to know?” I asked my 2 second question he gave me a 3 second answer and that was the end of the conversation and I hung up once he finally gave me my answer. A 5 second conversation that took 5 minutes because of an entitled little boy working the phone. Thanks for nothing.

Well, never get their Tractor Supply Credit card. There are so many fees that are not told to you. Dealing with customer service is ridiculous. You will get transferred back and forth. Not worth it.

Refused to refund for product purchased that didn't work out despite it being unopened. I usually go here because it's closer to my house but the prices are higher anyway I'll end up going to cal ranch or IFA for what I need after this experience.

They have great customer service here, we even stopped in 10 min before they closed and never felt like an inconvenience! Everyone was super nice and helpful.

They don't always have everything I need, but it's great to have a TSC in town for those times when you know they have what you need and you don't have to make a trip further into Logan. The staff is always really friendly as helpful as well.
