My bridesmaid dress was sent back without giving me the opportunity to go get it, and nothing will ship to me in time for the wedding now. Wish stuff like this didn't seem to happen everytime something gets shipped to me via usps.

3 Packages were not delivered on 8/19 stating “access blocked”. The Notice said another attempt would be made the next day and “no further action” needed. After 1 week, no other delivery was made so went to the post office to inquire. On 8/26 at 11:25 am I was told that no second deliveries are made. I pointed out the language on the notice and was very rudely told “I answered you already”. I will be speaking with the manager. Notices should not give false information. I was waiting for important vitamins in one of my packages. The correct answers should have been “I’m sorry for the inconvenience and I will look into why that language is on these notices”. Another example of what happens with our tax money - not so much the inconvenience as much as the rudeness to tax paying customers. I guess rudeness is one of the job requirements to get hired.

One of the workers here is so so rude! She told me she couldn’t sell me postage for a large envelope unless she sealed it and took it. I said it’s not ready to be sealed. She said the postage will change if you put anything in it so we have to seal and mail it! I said I need to write on the papers in the envelope so just weigh it and sell me stamps that cover the weight? After she glared at me, derogatorily called me lady and got her co worker involved in chastising me I left w my envelope and stamps for my envelope. Jeez get some employees that like humans? And can problem solve! ?? I hate going in here since the nice lady w short dark hair isn’t working lately. And No name tags!???? Short dark pony tail w blue eyes around 50 and so so grumpy! Her comrade has blonde hair.

Wow I thought the reviews before mine were just harsh but NOPE! I didn't get her name but I called to check on a package that was having issues and this lady answered the phone and made it clear she LOVES her job and life in general. Why is USPS even still a thing with so many other/ better options available with people that don't make you feel like you $#!^ in their cheerios...

The lady with short gray hair at her shoulders is the rudest customer service representative I have ever spoken to. She thinks she better than everyone and isn’t willing to help at all. The other ladies aren’t much better either but she is by far the most unpleasant.

Their hours suck. Can't get anything shipped unless I leave work. I would rather use UPS since everyone is so nice there but sometimes my only option to ship is through USPS. People here are grouchy. Like grouchy grouchy. All the time grouchy. I feel uncomfortable going there and the people here need to be nicer when talking to someone. Be more like UPS, the preferred shipping retailer.

They have lost countless packages or delivered them to the wrong house, sometimes they deliver the packages very damaged. one of the workers there is very nice but the other one is so rude and won’t lift a finger to help customers. I love living in providence but wish I could opt to use a different post office

Friendly.When I was in line, 3 people were ahead of me and they all received individual help. When it came to “helping” me with a money order , two people behind me received help in the midst of helping me. I wouldn’t have minded if she continuously worked on it while it doing it, but she kept pausing to assist them adding more time to me being helped.

This is the best post office with the most friendly staff. I actually enjoy coming to this location cause the people are so great. :)
