I called to see about a business loan. They said the loan officer was at lunch (3:30) and would call me back when she got in. I still haven't heard from anybody.

Original Review (3-stars)Zion’s is a great bank if all you want them to do is hold your money. But when you start having them do more complicated things with money transfers or business accounts, I have not been super impressed. And they charge me for checks. I do not write checks very often, the one time a year I need them they charge me for them. I can do bill pay and they will print a check and mail it for free, which is way more expensive for them, but they won’t print me a dang check.Update 4/2/2024:Zions bank will charge you fees that you don't expect without any notification. I have banked with them for 10+ years and recently bought a house. I didn't use Zions for the loan because I am not a satisfied customer at all. They have recently charged me a service fee of $3 for the past few months because I have only had $100 in my savings account. I still use them for all of my direct deposits and have been a loyal customer for years. How do they thank me? Charge me a $3 fee.I now know that I have to have $200 in my savings account so I will be closing that account the next time I visit the bank. If they charge me more un-expected fees I will simply find a new bank to bank with.

Anyone who uses zions don't! Unless you like when they charge people $5 to cash your checks. I'd they're greedy enough to steal from people just think what they're doing with your money.

I opened a new account here and Teressa was very helpful. Let me know of all of the things I needed to bring and was very helpful.

If you value your time, go elsewhere. If you have 25 minutes to waste waiting in the drive through without being acknowledged while cars pile up, bank here.

A few minutes ago we stopped at this bank in Providence to find out how to open an account there were two cashiers and a woman named Juana in a cubicle there was not a single client and neither the two cashier women nor the same Juana were capable of such even looking at each other much less than greeting each other we took for a few minutes without anyone offering it to us and when we saw that we would stay there my husband approached one of the cashiers to ask for someone to help us, a rude woman who didn't It was to greet us or look at us continuously watching her computer and her asked us what he was offering us but in a not very kind way I just wanted to leave that place in summary they are not but not very friendly

Two out of the three women (including the manager) I spoke with this morning were very rude about an issue with my banking I needed help with. I deposited some cash and they told me I was $10 short, even though multiple people have counted the correct amount before I dropped it off. When I called to ask them if they could double check, the first lady was very prompt and very sweet and seemed like she genuinely wanted to help make it right. I've had problems with Zion's cash machines in the past where they've incorrectly counted the amount, and all I asked was that she would recount it just to make sure that I gave her the amount she was claiming I gave her. She grabbed the second woman who was very rude and told me "Well, our cash machines are accurate, so." When I explained why I believed it might have been a miscount, she grabbed her manager who was also very rude and blunt. Accidents happen, I understand. All I needed was for them to double check and the rudeness was absolutely not necessary.

Went to the bank and the assistant manger Denisse and the manger Juana were HORRIBLE! I over heard them talking badly about a customer/customers that had went to the branch a previous day. Very disappointed in Zions bank. They need to watch what they, Spanish or English.
