I just want to give a big thank you to Dave and the team at AAMCO. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and clearly pointed out everything that needed attention. I really appreciated how responsive and insightful they were with all of my questions—every step of the way, they made sure I understood what was going on and what my options were. Their professionalism and transparency gave me real peace of mind. Highly recommend!

I had a very good experience coming here. My car had been having issues with the AC every summer and they seemed to be able to find the right diagnostic and offered a good price for the diagnostic/parts/labor. The due date of my baby was two days from when I brought in our car, and they were so kind and quick with the repair to help out my husband and I. So grateful for them, definitely would come back if my car needed anything else.

Super funny experience. We go in and ask to service our Hyundai Ioniq. The man asks is that a truck? Hyundai doesn’t even make a truck.
Then goes in to tell us how many issues these have had. We’ve had a day 0 of issues. The classic old mechanic who thinks he’s a know it all. A slice of humble pie goes a long way. If you don’t know anything about my car don’t lie straight to my face.

I’ve taken my Jeep into Dave after the transmission failed and they worked HARD on getting my insurance/extended warranty provider to cooperate and I was impressed. Long story short I’ve had the Provo AAMCO work on my Jeep a handful of other times to fix a failing driveline and a massive oil leak from failed seal on an oil cooler housing. Each time Dave communicated clearly and timely with me and got the work finished quickly and with no issues. I’ve never left an auto shop with a positive feeling, but these guys seem to be honest, efficient, and communicative.

We are having some issues with our transmission shifting funny when stoping so we took it in to get checked and right from the start you get the impression they don’t want to work on your car so we leave it anyway next day they call us and say they can feel and hear it shifting bad but there not showing anything wrong with it and to come pick it up. So we get there to pick it up just to have them tell us they would do a fluid change and check valves well why didn’t we discuss this over the phone again we got the impression they did not want our business I am getting so tired of bad customer service every were you go these days so don’t waste your time unless you like bad customer service.

I know working on cars is time consuming, but man they took forever. Dropped off my car as soon as they opened and just got it back 2 hours before they close. Person that attended me was really rude, felt like he didn't care, even asked me "Well what do you want us to check?" Thought that was funny cause he should be telling me what they're going to check, it's their job not mine. Wasted half of my gas and left me with 64 miles left. At the end, they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Wouldn't recommend.

We took our truck in, check came out good and they said it was 100%. 2 weeks later transmission was gone, dead, and we were in California....
Took our SUV in, everything was good 100%, 2 weeks later our transmission is over heating and now we need to change the fluid again, and be charged for everything again....
Coincidence?! I think not...
Just got word from another transmission shop that when Aamco changed our transmission fluid on our Ford expedition (SUV) they over filled it. Which is the reason it's been over heating! Hundreds of dollars later all because someone was careless and over filled the fluid... Thanks...

Dave and his team have been miracle workers for me during these years I've been in graduate school in a tight budget. They have skillfully identified a diverse problems in our junker car, from brakes to transmission and everything in between, but not pushed anything on us. They told us which were critical and which weren't, and when funding was especially tight they offered discounts just for us. Dave and his team deserve your business, they are proficient and honest. Best auto service I've ever received hands down
