Stephanie and the guys were very patient and supportive. They helped me get exactly what I needed to be done. A couple dozen donuts are coming their way! Oh and their new front office girl is adorable! ;)

Excellent Service, the front receptionist was really nice and helpful, and they did not charge me for a simple repair. Typical mechanics/car shops will charge a young person like me an arm and a leg because they would assume I don't know a lot. I have a pretty old car and am expecting more issues, but I am going to bring it here every time after this.

I don't think there is anyone who wakes up and says "You know what? I want to go visit the local transmission shop"
Transmissions are complex, and can be finicky, and working on them can be expensive. So at least make sure to visit a shop like Action Transmissions in Provo.
I took my truck into them recently to have the Transmission Flushed and some Gear Oil changed out. They were quick, friendly, and informative, while understanding that there are those who know what they need, and how we need it.
They were fair, and easy to communicate with. The Front Desk was quick to offer drinks and a pastry in their customer area, and Lyle knew his stuff about transmissions and custom gearing.
Their integrated technology where the mechanic working on your rig takes pictures, and videos, and detailed notes put your mind at ease to know that you can trust the professionals working on your car.
Transmissions are expensive, and if you need to have it fixed it really can ruin your day, so at least let the friendly, dedicated, and experienced team at Action Transmissions have a crack at your issue. You won't be disappointed!

Paid 90 bucks for them to say the battery was bad. They left my lights on so it was dead when I picked it up and had to jump it myself. I dropped it off at 8 AM and I finally called them at 3 pm wondering what was going on. They just forgot to tell me they'd looked at it. They left the keys in it and unlocked in their lot from 8 to 3...didn't love that either.
Honest guy named Mike I think told me what was going on, so not 1 star.
