This was by far my worst experience ever with trying to get parts for my car. the customer service was crap. The employees were rude and they redused to install my car battery that I HAD JUST BOUGHT FROM THEM and instead suggested THAT I DO IT. overall the worst place ever for autozone. O Riley's is far superior than this place.

It’s a good store. Nice employees. But they sent us to their Orem store to get the help that we needed. The employee wasn’t sure if he was able to help us. And they were out of stock on what we were wanting to get. But the Orem store was great with helping us. I like Auto Zone but Provo employees seem to need a bit more training and or a manager always there to help the employees. No manager was there the night we went there. Odd!

If you're looking for an auto parts store with pretty good selection and pretty good prices and very good service, then autozone might be the place for you.Where they really stand out is their service in that they will let you borrow tools, and if they are available, will even come out and help you do minor fixes on your car. So as a good auto parts store with excellent service, this one stands out.

I came in for new lug nuts. Honestly not really knowing anything, just that a guy at the Valvoline told me I need new ones. Timothy helped get me the right pieces that I needed. It didn't stop there, he went above and beyond to put the new pieces on, even though that is not part of their service. He let me know that there was a few more complications with my bolt, so he recommended I go to Big O Tires and have them check it out. Again, Timothy was very helpful and he made my car complications feel much less stressful haha. Very grateful for him! Give him a raise!

I had a great experience at this AutoZone! Tristan was the employee who helped me out, and he did a wonderful job getting a new car battery for me, and replacing it! I was so worried about getting a new battery and he put all of my fears to rest. He showed me what options I had and took great care of me and my car. I'll be sure to come back if I need any more car help!

I brought my wife's Honda in to check the engine light. I was informed that the tester was malfunctioning, ever since they used it on my car . The car alarm will not shut off, resulting in taking out the Fuze for my horn. So I call ur employees to file a complaint/clame for get this issue fixed due to faulty equipment. They couldn't even take accountability even though they said they shouldn't have used the faulty code reader on my car.. at leased attempt to fix it or offer help.

I don't usually leave reviews, but my experience the other day was worth the time. I was greeted by a young lady by the name of Kari immediately, who offered to help me track down a part. She assured me right away that if she didn't have the answers to my questions, she would find out- and she did. She may may not be a master mechanic, but she is a master in caring and customer service. Too many times I'm overlooked, or just a number, your employee, Kari, is different. Please lTell her thank you.

Went to go get stuff for an oil change thank goodness I could look up what filter and oil I needed because the employees were playing tag around the store and when I went to check out they were all chatting in the front and they said go used the self check out because they didn’t want to sign into the computer I get having fun at work when it’s slow but don’t almost run into people when you do it and I’m ok with self-checkouts I like them because no human small talk but I had a question about the stuff I was buying but I just went to O'Reillys and they where being professional
