I needed a cashiers check. They welcomed me well in the lobby even though it was a little busy and then took care of it right away.

We had a credit card stolen and after getting fraud resolved needed to get a replacement card. The app told us to meet with a representative at our local branch. I made an appointment and had to arrange my day to go during business hours. They didn’t even sit down with me and told me (standing in the lobby) there was nothing they could do to get my credit card replaced. I have sat on hold numerous times, and tried to schedule a phone call, but they are booked out weeks in advance. I was hoping booking an in person meeting would resolve the issues but they did absolutely nothing. Total waste of time.
