I want to start with the positive because there are definitely lots of them. More often then not there are sweet people that welcome you when you enter the door and are very helpful with questions. They also have some amazing sales there and it makes it easy for me to stock up. I would like to say I do understand why they come out with new smells but the speed of which they do it makes it hard for me keep getting a smell I love. I have heard this complaint from many people. But again I get it. The main thing I did want to kind of complain about is an experience I had yesterday. They had an amazing sale going on so I definitely wanted to check it out and I definitely stocked up for what I hope is months worth of lotion haha! I had noticed a sent I really enjoyed only had two new lotions and one try me lotion and one try me spray. I didn’t know the policies on buying the try me but I figured I would ask when I go to check out. By the time I walk up to a cashier with cool bright green hair, before a word could even slip my mouth with try me bottles in hand. The person blurted out no we do not have any more of that in the back. In my thoughts that wasn’t even a question that had slipped my mind, since there was such a large sale going on. I asked if there was any way to purchase the try me even with the full sale prince. They said no being it’s a try me. I said that is completely understandable and checked out.
To be honest most of the interaction was alright. But I don’t find it very professional to assume someone’s question when I had my mouth wide open and hadn’t even had an opportunity to ask my question yet. I am sure it was a stressful day but someone that has worked 12 years of sales retail I just feel that it wasn’t the best thing to do. Again maybe they were having a bad day. But I think it’s worth noting that maybe just having a constructive conversation with them may be helpful.

Girl at checkout was on her phone, was rude I didn’t know all the details of a coupon (hence why I was even asking her, it is her job) and then ignored the next people in line. I really like the products and the shop, but more often than not the people working act like sisters who just got in a fight and the customers are interrupting by being there. Customer service and basic manners are lacking.

This place is terrible they told me they would hold something I called and they were like shouldn't be a problem and then I drove there and they didn't save it for me and said nope we can't do that soooo I don't recommend picking up something there unless you don't want it too be there after you drive over there!
