We have trusted Block Advisors on University Avenue in Provo for years, always using Sallie Matthews. We were referred to Sallie when we had a tax document issue and have never looked back. Sallie helped to straighten out the problem and resolve the issue, putting our minds at ease. She is professional and caring and works hard to get us the most deductions. She has always been so helpful and has always answered all of our questions. She is the best and makes Block Advisors and even better place for tax preparation.

I had a great experience filing my taxes this year at Block Advisors in Provo. Chris was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He made me feel very confident that I got all the deductions that I could and that my taxes were filed accurately. He also took the time to educate me on small business taxes as I'm a new small business owner, and gave me some great pointers for the coming year. He was very fast and efficient. I felt like it took far less time than any of the previous years I have filed taxes. Great experience overall and highly recommend!

I have used Block Advisors for a number of years!! Always a good experience, I appreciate the general expertise/knowledge, and especially the personal approach of Sallie M. She knows me well and encourages/advises me about what I should watch for and be aware of regarding tax savings in the future.

I would not recommend this office or block advisors to anyone. Client beware!! They committed to a task almost a month ago and then went AWAL. I contacted 4 times with no response whatsoever. Then finally today, the day before quarterlies are due...Heather finally returned a message and said she is too busy to complete on time. Her rude solution was to find another person. Poor service and horrible communication. I thought I could expect more from H&R Block. Obviously I was wrong and I’d caution anyone to work with this office.

I tried to call the number you gave me and was told there was a 30 min wait The lady from the Provo office said she was sending e a check for 25.00 because of the service and I never received it. I think she should've gave me a total refund. Needless to say I will never use H&R Block again
