I usually pay my phone line online which cost $25. Went to run errands and pay my phone bill at the store. However, the worker charged me with a service fee charge. I didn’t understand what the service fee was for because there was no activation, not a new customer, no starter kit, or any service she provided that required a process. So I told the worker to cancel because paying online is cheaper. However, the worker told me that she has already paid for my phone, but I needed to refund her the money. Tell me why when checking my mobile app under, “payment history” only $25.18 was shown and not 29.18? Had to call customer support and was told by customer support that there is no service fee shown on their end and that there should be no service fee at all just for a refill on the phone. Whatever is paid in the store, the transaction amount shown should be the same when checking your account online.

THE PLACE AND COSTUMER SERVICES ARE THE BEST THERE IS IN PROVO OR MAYBE THE WHOLE STATE OF UTAH PHONES AND SERVICE IS PRETTY GOOD THE BEST THERE IS .
BUT THE WARRANTY FOR IPHONES AND OTHER DEVICES ARE THE WORST I JAVE BEEN PAYING ALMOST 10 DOLLARS A MONTH FOR 3 YEARS STRAIGHT BUT WHEN I TRIED USING THE WARRANTY THEY PROVIDED ME WITH WICH IS CALLED LIKEWISE IS THE WORST OF THE WORST THEY SHOULD OFFER A DIFFERENT KIND OF WARRANTY INSTEAD OF LIKEWISE WICH ON MY OPINION AMD MANY NORE PEOPLE IS A WAISTE OF TIME AND MONEY . PLEASE GUYS YOUR STORE IS SO GOOD FOR THAT KIND OF PROVIDER . LIKEWISE FOR WARRANTY FOR YOUR PHONES IS HORRIBLE AND ALMOST FEEL LIKE A SCAM .

They did pretty good informing us about the plans and all the paperwork required. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is 'cause they don't know about the specs. Of the phones they have for sale. Plus non of that information is visible to the client so you can compare. You have to look it up yourself. Besides that the service is pretty good.
