Place was closed but not? It said it was but the doors wouldn’t open. I went with my sister down a kind of sketchy side alley to a back door. The college students there seemed confused. Didn’t have what I was looking for but that doesn’t affect the score. Zack signing off

This place is the greatest place for students. Really good deals on slightly updated tech and furniture like computer gear. 10/10 would recommend to all collage students and most general public. I find that even though the staff is nearly all students, they are very knowledgeable and friendly. They also have killer hours. They get up early at seven and they close late at six which is really helpful if you have 8 AM classes and you work till five.

Have some neat stuff (peripherals, chairs, cables) , but don't expect to get a smoking deal on any hardware made in the last 5 years.

That staff simply crushed it! One would think with how cheap the prices are the staff would let the customers fend for themselves. That was not my experience. In fact for a few moments I thought I was in Neiman Marcus or Nordstrom. Questions were answered cables were found following up with making sure I had everything I wanted and needed...absolutely the epitome of expectations being exceeded!

Here's the problem... If you rent from them, and something goes wrong, they fix it. If you buy something, they do not stand behind it. I bought a $350 computer. No returns. They knew it was a bad computer when they sold it to me. And I can not pass this computer on to someone else, so I just through away $350. I thought BYU would have morals in selling used equipment. I was wrong.This place was recommended to me, that is why I trusted it. Then I find out.... the person that recommended the place, just rented from here. DON'T BUY USED COMPUTERS HERE.... IT IS NOT A HONEST PROCESS.

Love their surplus sales! Great guys working hear. Well run and some great deals to be had at the monthly surplus sale. I picked up great PA equipment and a projector at great prices

Moving my kid in and the website said they were open and I called in the hours of operation we’re still open when I went there sign written in crayon closed early for the day. Would be Nice to let people know before they drive out there.
