The BYU Store is a fun stop with great merchandise and a friendly, helpful staff. It offers a wide variety of treats, clothing, gifts, and BYU gear, including very cute items and yummy chocolate covered cinnamon bears. Getting textbooks is easy. The store is fun for kids, who enjoy playing on the Y mountain slide in the children’s book section and love the BYU themed candy. The customer service is awesome, with staff noted for being greatly appreciated for their helpfulness and for staying on a problem until it was solved. Many make it a point to visit when in the area.
