The bookstore has great merchandise, but also is fun for the kids. Mine had a great time playing on the Y mountain slide in the children’s book section. While they played I enjoyed browsing the kids’ books on sale. We make it a point to visit when we’re in town.

I ordered shirts from BYU Book store and the shirts never arrived or we thought they didn’t. I couldn’t get help from the carrier but when I emailed Brenna at at the bookstore she called the apartment mail room and stayed on the problem
Until our package was located. Her service was greatly appreciated because i thought we had just lost the shirts and the 115.00 but Brenna wouldn’t give up until the problem was solved. Thank you Brenna
