These guys actually run fraudulent businesses. In order to cancel services you have to call them... but they don't answer their phones during the normal outlined hours they state. Then when asked to cancel I got the run around for 30 minutes, also wouldn't refund what they fraudulently charged. Awful service

The is the WORST internet/phone company. Anytime we call we are on the phone for over 3 hours. Legitimately 3 hours. They have zero customer support. Our line was cut 3 times because of construction. And yet we have to sit on the phone for hours?!?!
