Horrible customer service, I mean absolutely horrible, every internet service provider goes down, but CenturyLink is the only one that treats their customers like they’re not customers. I wish there was a way to score lower than 1 star.

This is the the worst internet company you can get. The internet is constantly going out. It's expensive for what it is, and they have horrible customer service.

These guys actually run fraudulent businesses. In order to cancel services you have to call them... but they don't answer their phones during the normal outlined hours they state. Then when asked to cancel I got the run around for 30 minutes, also wouldn't refund what they fraudulently charged. Awful service
