Good staff, decent prices, but I've taken my truck to the mechanic multiple times in the last 5 months since I purchased it for problems that existed before it was sold to me.

I was really interested in purchasing a car from this dealership and reached out with genuine intent to buy. Unfortunately, as soon as I started asking detailed questions about the vehicle’s condition, repair history, and an independent inspection (since it has a rebuilt title), I stopped getting responses.
It’s disappointing because I wanted to make sure everything was legitimate and safe before making such a big purchase. After seeing several negative reviews, I was hoping my experience would be different — but getting ignored when trying to be careful doesn’t inspire much confidence.

Dishonest in every way. I bought a Ford F250 a year ago, and it was bad from the start but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. First I questioned the transmission” he said everything checked out and it was good” then I asked if he could check the brake pads and rotors and have it detailed after I signed the papers “ he said I would replace the pads if needed and check the rotors and have it detailed can you come back in. 3 days”.
I show up three days later and even called before arriving it wasn’t detailed so I waited around for an hour to get an awful detail good. I asked about the brake pads and rotors and he said@ everything checked out your good to go”
Month later I brought it up to Big O tires for an oil change and the needed to be replaced and the brake pads had little life left so I replaced everything.
4 months later the trans mission was feeling iffy so I had it looked at and the transmission fluid was burnt and the trans mission needed to be replaced. In doing so the tuner it had was locked up so the computer needed to be reflashed. So far I’m $14,500 in repairs on this truck. If you would have been straight with me I could have avoided this or worked out a deal… but he wasn’t honest from the start and now I’m suffering from it. Don’t trust him at all.

Very disappointed with my experience. I bought a salvaged title and was told there were no remaining problems. I was dumb for not inspecting it more but I was too trusting. Since I purchased it I’ve had to replace shocks, struts, control arms that were all damaged from the accident. I also had to replace a ton of wiring for the headlights because they weren’t fixed after the accident. It’s my fault for not being more thorough but I was straight up lied to by Cesar and his employees. I would NEVER purchase a car here again and if you decide to buy from here you have been warned. You’ll waste a ton of money, go somewhere reliable and trustworthy

***BUYER BEWARE***
0/5 - Do Not Recommend
Go look at his Yelp reviews before buying a car.
Cesar Santos is crooked as the day is long. Bought a car I was told had no issues and had never been in an accident. Today, after spending a thousand more than I bought the car for we discovered that it had, indeed been in a wreck. The underneath splash guards were not held in place properly, but instead 3 different kinds of wood screws were used. The oil leak was “fixed” by smearing JB weld over the oil pan where the leak is. We discovered that they couldn’t fix the oil leak because the wreck had actually cracked the engine block and it needed a new engine from day one.
Stay away from this place at all costs! They do shoddy work and will lie to your face.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I’m pregnant and Benjamin knew that and still sold me a Cadillac that needed a new transmission. I didn’t know at first the glove box wouldn’t open my husband went back to Provo from salt lake to get it fixed, took them 4 hours. They also “buffed out my car to make it shinier” it’s damaged. We mentioned the brakes and the tires were not serviced and they lied and said they would call back to set an appointment, ghosted me. Got a hold of Cesar, he acted sympathetic so I could leave him alone but never called back and blocked my number. I’ve spent over $4,000 in repairs for the car in the span of 3 months that I had it. They patched the work up long enough for the car not to show an engine light until my 15 days after I purchased the car which failed me to get my money back within the 14 days that they say I have to return the car. $4,000 later and I had a professional tell me the car wasn’t serviced one time. Not to mention they lied about the car having a clean title. DONT BUY FROM HERE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS COMING IN, especially pregnant ones. I’m about to give birth in 3 months and my baby and I won’t have a way to get around. $21,000 down the drain.

Update:
The owner called me to apologize for the experience I had while attempting to purchase a truck. While my initial review was an honest depiction of my experience, I did have a pleasant conversation with the owner who made an effort to rectify what took place. I would be willing to give them a second chance.
I’d give no stars if available. This was the worst car shopping experience I have ever had. I had a truck in mind that I saw on their website and drove an hour plus to see it first thing in the morning. Was told there were no accidents and clean title. To my surprise, it had been in a couple accidents. I understood and went forward with purchase, only to spend 8+ hours running back and forth to the bank to get everything they needed when in reality they told me at the end of running around that they would’ve done everything there at the dealership. Oh not to mention, they didn’t even have the title or bill of sale from when they bought the truck so I couldn’t even buy the truck. Terrible service minus one gentlemen that helped me.

Excellent experience! I bought my truck and I couldn't be more satisfied. From the first moment, the treatment was professional, friendly and without pressure. They helped me find just what I was looking for, and the truck is in perfect condition. The whole process was quick and clear, no surprises. I recommend this place 100% if you are looking for a quality vehicle and reliable service!

If I could put 0 stars I would! This place is an absolute joke. We bought a truck here that supposedly had a 3 year 3,000 mile warranty only for the engine to blow after 300 miles. No warnings or anything it just seized. We’ve been going back and forth for MONTHS trying to get the warranty or the dealership to cover a new motor. Only to be told by the warranty that it’s the dealerships responsibility and the dealership to refuse to do anything.
They’ve screened calls. Cesar has conveniently been “out of town” every time we’ve gone to the dealership to talk to them. This place is an absolute joke. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

This review is for those buying a rebuilt title vehicle for the first time. It was my first time and I wouldn't do it again without being very very careful with getting the vehicle checked out first. It's easy to get excited when you find what you want at a good price and overlook things only to find out the issues after you get it home. I bought a 2017 Ridgeline that looked good but discovered multiple issues after I got home. First was the radiator was just sitting in there unsecured, had to 3D print new posts and jb weld them (thankfully have a brother in law who is an engineer). Second the wiring harness that has the ambient temp sensor was damaged (this is a front end collision rebuild) so ambient temp sensor wasn't even there which not only causes display inside to be incorrect, but the AC doesn't run the right temperature when this isn't functioning. It's disclosed that these purchases are as is without warranty, and Cesar and everyone there is super nice and responsive, but I just want to warn anyone making a first rebuilt purchase to be more careful than me. I would have spent more for a clean title vehicle that hasn't been in a wreck because of all the extra time and money it will take to get this working correctly. Also I found insurance was WAY more for rebuilt, again on me for not researching more carefully.

I do not recommend buying here and if you are going to do so, first run it for a good distance and then check the transmission oil.

We bought a ford pickup from these guys earlier this year. It was salvaged title. Edward assured us there was minimal damage and only to the rear. When we test drove it, we noticed the speaker didn’t work. They said they’d look at it and replace some trim on the bed over the weekend and have it ready for us. They also said they’d store it in the garage there for us. So we bought it. Big mistake. I showed up to pick it up and they had it outside all weekend with the doors unlocked. There was no one there when we arrived an hour after they were supposed to open. The hadn’t fixed anything. They said they fixed the bed trim, but someone had put double sided tape on it that wasn’t working. Cesar santos promised to replace it and would call when the part arrived. They haven’t called. That was in may. It’s December. When I’ve called they ghost me. When I call from a different number they get flustered and make up excuses. They say they’ll call. They lie. They don’t call. Also, on the way home that first day, I noticed air coming through the passenger door. I took it in and the local ford dealer said it had structural damage to the passenger side that was affecting the door alignment. I confronted Cesar santos and they would not fix the door despite being dishonest about the damage. Just don’t feel they are trustworthy.
I’m adding this 7/2024:
Just had this truck into a respected body shop. They showed me how much damage there truly was as opposed to what Cesar santos showed in a was minimal surface damage. It was exponentially worse than they claimed. Cesar santos will lie to you. They are dishonest and they will not keep their promises. Beware!
