An ATM has one job: give me money from my account. This one has a nebulous withdrawal limit that you have to guess because they don’t tell you anywhere, and if you guess wrong too many times, it locks you out for exceeding your daily transaction total. Very frustrating. Just give me my money

Got a new card from Chase bank from donating plasma. I went to one of the "free" ATMs to withdraw my money and ended up being charged for it. This is a bank of liars and thieves.

Chase as a corporation is definitely my favorite bank, and the staff at this location are very friendly. The reason I'm giving four instead of five stars is because I went to the bank with a question about the fee to make a wire transfer; the employee kept using phrases like "I think this is what you should get charged" or "I believe this will be the fee". If I'm about to drop some cash I want to know exactly how much the fee will be, no wishy-washy stuff

Recently had a very negative experience with this branch. I work with a company that does millions of dollars of business with Chase. This branch made an error in the payoff of a vehicle and sent the title to the person we purchased the vehicle from. While calling to try and get action steps from them, "Dave" was unprofessional and hung up on one of our employees. After he disconnected from the call we attempted to call the branch several times and repeatedly did not get through. Only when calling from a different number did he answer the phone again. He insisted we had to come into the branch to resolve the issue on the first call, on the second call he says we need to contact Chase Auto Finance. The misinformation and unprofessionalism is very disappointing.

My wife and I had scheduled an appointment through the app. When we showed up the place was closed and no email was sent cancelling the appointment on their end.

This has got to be the worst chase location there is, hard to get to. It’s Run down looks ghetto for being a bank. Also there is no ATM here can’t make deposits of withdrawls after hours at all. Pointless location.

Yesterday and the day before, I tried to update my dba for an account at this location but no success.Today, I decided to try the other location in Orem near Red Lobster. BINGO BANGO!! Great decision: Kevin the manager at the Orem location ? went beyond expectations. He took six minutes out of his time and handled business. He also said it was an easy task to do. Just so you know, the Provo university location had more employees and less customers than the more productive Orem location. ?This Provo location needs more technical and customer service training.

I was nervous opening an account with Chase since a lot of the reviews I read about this branch were pretty bad. However, we had no problems and Mckay was very helpful and quick, making sure he knew what everyone who was waiting needed and was able to direct them to the right place while taking care of us.

Chase You lost my trust. I wish I could press no stars at all but system won’t let me. I walked to the branch with my 62 years old mother to have them notarize a document and they said person who does The notary is not working. Side note: I also called the branch but no one answers the calls. Anyways I thought “it will be fine. I’ll walk tomorrow”. I walked to get my documents notarized And suddenly person that does the notary doesn’t have her keys. They send me to somewhere close again I’m walking with my mom and said if I tell that chase send me it will be fine but it comes out that they can’t do it either. Again I call chase but no answer. Very very very bad experience. I’m still frustrated. Chase bank, you might need to work on to solve some problems!!!!!!!!!

"Oh haha I didn't even look to see if anyone else was waiting. Hah there are a lot of people! It is better if I don't know about them" " oh no I can't help you. I'm brand new hah" Employees galore, yet it took over 20 minutes in a poorly air conditioned lobby.
