The truth is that it is a rubbish bank, 18 days to make money available from a check, they are thieves who have no name and I am not talking about this branch but about the Bank in general, they took the other person's funds in 24 hours And it took me 18 days to deposit the money in the account, they should burn this institution, and the customer service garbage only knows how to say, we're sorry, we're working in the fraud department. But when big thieves launder money in their bank, they don't say anything, this is an institution of money launderers HDP

Terrible service. The teller was rude. I asked to speak to a manager and she wouldn’t even get the manager. Don’t bank with Chase do not go to this branch. If I could give this a negative star I would.

I would advise everyone to not bank with Chase!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I tried to make another savings account online and apparently they didn’t like that and completely shut down my account without telling me. I went into this branch to try to get some help after speaking with 10 different customer support people. Andy was terrible to work with. He has no empathy and couldn’t care less that I was almost in tears. I asked for my money and he said that they don’t have my money anymore and it’ll come in the mail in 10 business days. You would like to trust a bank with your money but chase does not care. ANDY should be fired!!!!

Nobody answers the phone when you call the branch, you can never find an account representatives at any Provo branch, they rarely ever return calls or emails. Terrible customer service. Very high fees.

Don't bank here. They have terrible customer service and are mean and rude. Especially Andy. He was very unprofessional and was not willing to help me.

The bank has 0 customer service. They will not admit to any mistakes and will tell you to call customer service which is impossible to get through. They will set your IRA up in branch but to change it or move it to another institution you will have to call “the IRA department” which is literally impossible to get a hold of!

If I could leave no stars or negative I would. I am from out of town without a branch near me. When I came into town I met with them to help set up the executorship for my dads estate. They copied all my documents and told me they would reach out soon. Over a month later I have called and emailed several times with no response. I even called the customer service number and nothing has come of it. During one of my hardest times I would hope a business would be here toSupport. Not make a family run around in circles trying to get help. I have never been more disappointed in a business or the people running it.
