Cinemark Provo 16 is located in a mall. The theater is typically slow and not overly crowded, making it easy to get seats, order treats, and get snacks without trouble. Many seats are usually available unless it is a popular movie's opening night. The concessions, popcorn, and snacks are good, though some note the absence of self-serve butter dispensers. The employees are friendly. While the theater lacks reclining seats and the mall has seen better times, it provides an overall nice and easy experience for the family. Many visitors recommend it and return often.
Took my son to see Shrek 25th anniversary in the theatre today. He laughed uproariously and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Hint: order tickets and concessions in advance! Super convenient to just grab and go.

Amazing staff. They were all super welcoming and made sure we knew where to go. Loved the lady at concessions that we you to have several conversations with!
