Absolutely terrible!! I went to this Claire's with my grandma and not only did the person who did my ears respond "I'm going to pretend like I didn't hear that" and push off I didn't have my parent with me, but she also did a terrible job! One of them is in the right spot And the other is right next to my first earring hole. I took it out and I'm letting it close, I'll get it done professionally next time I guess.

Got second ear lobe piercings here about a week ago. Whitney was the employee that pierced my ears and did an amazing job! She took her time and made sure that they looked even and lined up. I really appreciate how she cared and made sure I liked the placement before she pierced them. Definitely would recommend getting your ears pierced here!

Whitney was so great! I like that she made sure to take the time to make the holes even. She really made sure. Plus, no tears. ? She was so friendly we had a great experience!

We had our daughter's ears pierced here 4 months ago, we lost one earring and to get the ear re-pierced. They did a great job working with a 1 year-old, the customer service was fantastic, we liked the selection and the piercings went really well. We recommend it!
