Had to get my oil changed but was short on time since I was on a lunch break so I called beforehand and asked if they could make that work. I was told they'll have a bay ready. I was there couple of minutes later. Checked in but 40 minutes later my car was still parked and not taken in. Told them I need my keys back because I had to leave, after some excuses without making a slightest effort to apologize got those back. Got into my car, went over to Jiffy Lube in the same parking lot and was in and out of there in 20 minutes.

Great pricing for oil change, they were also thorough with the inspection and explain things very well without pressure to do anything that wasn't needed. Overall I am very pleased with the experience and would come back again.

I received Very kind, flexible, and accommodating customer service from this facility. And Emily and I shared pleasant chit chat, as well :)
Also, their prices are very reasonable, fair, and competitive! And they seem to do really thorough and comprehensive work — which I gather based on how detailed and in-depth my 48-point vehicle inspection was, that even provided me with very helpful photos that I could refer to for greater context!!

Took 1 hr 45 min to do an oil change and I had an appointment …. When I brought up the fact that it was taking a long time multiple times, they did not apologize.
They said it’s because they didn’t have the oil in stock. Perhaps they should ask which type of car I have before I bring it in so they have the oil in stock for my appointment.

They stripped my oil pan drain plug and then charged me to replace the entire pan. Turned into a $500 oil change. I just don’t trust them after that and won’t be going back.
