I have not been able to get fb and messenger up for nearly two years and since I had my other phone that has been most likely stolen, With Kim at this Cricket Store she was able to accomplish this for me and she did so with a smile and fantastic attitude..!! So very great ful to her. Cricket should really consider keeping her here and give a bit of a raise as an initiative for being such a friendly employee..!!

The lady with dark hair and nose piercing was rude and when I was asking her about the phone plans she was just playing on her phone and barley asking my questions and when she did answer them they were really sarcastic

Store will ring you up for additional services, items you were told were free, and charge you twice for upgrade fees. Despite being an "authorized retailer" Cricket will pretend they've no control over the store. Definite fraud happening here, keep your receipts.
