Very poor pharmacy communication. I have not been to a worse pharmacy.

A little while ago, I went to CVS Provo, and a woman with long, black hair wasn't friendly. I live in Provo, and I always go to that CVS, but on several occasions, I've tried to buy something on sale, and it tells me it's unavailable. Today, I tried to use a coupon, and it said it's starting tomorrow. It's always like this every time I go.

Leaving one star until they update their business hours.
Came to pick up my prescription. It says open at 11 on here but it was definitely not open.
Edit: Someone at CVS left a comment and then still didn't update the hours.

I am often, very frustrated with this Pharmacy, but I just had wonderful service from them in the last few minutes. I left a voicemail about two prescriptions and the fact that I can’t access the app anymore. I actually received a callback within five minutes of me leaving the voicemail. The tech said that he would push my prescription request through and have them ready in half an hour, and he gave me the phone number for who I need to call to get help with the app. For some reason, after using the app for six years, they are telling me that my password is wrong. The problem is that there is no place on that screen to change your password. Maybe that’s to better protect my medical information. I’m not sure. But it is frustrating. However, five stars for the tech in Provo Utah today for helping me so quickly.

DON’T come to this pharmacy unless you really have to. This is my first time posting a review because of how bad the service is.
What I have to say is pretty much what others have been saying. If you call them and leave a voicemail asking them to call back, they do not call back. I had to contact headquarters to get “in touch” with the pharmacy. I would talk to headquarters and they would put me on hold to talk with the pharmacy and then they would talk to me, put me on hold, and talk to the pharmacy again. I was pretty confused at all the back and forth communication that was happening. Headquarters were in disbelief about pharmacy not calling back because all CVS pharmacies are supposed to respond back to voice messages within an hour.
I transferred my prescription to CVS because they offered my medication at a cheaper price, but it was impossible to get in contact with them. After getting in contact with them through headquarters, I found that my prescription was not ready yet. I talked to a worker about transferring my prescription back to my original pharmacy because I did not want to have to deal with CVS anymore, and she said that I would have to call the other pharmacy to make the transfer happen.
Long story short, CVS was supposed to do the transfer, not the other pharmacy and the prices each CVS worker would give me about my prescription would differ each time. After transferring my prescription back to my original pharmacy, they were able to have it ready within a few minutes and give an accurate price estimation, so this wasn’t an issue with transferring. Workers seem impatient, are unreliable, and lack sufficient knowledge to answer basic questions.

I hate the robo answering machine. It refuses to let you simply wait on hold and demands that you leave a voicemail. I am willing to wait on hold for even an hour, but having this absolute moronic robot refuse to let me do so is infuriating. This is a pharmacy, not a scam center. Let me speak to a person when I need to.

I received a text saying my prescriptions were ready. When I got to the cashier he did not see any prescriptions ready in my name. He invited me to step to the next counter so he could research where they might be. He was kind and very positive that he could solve my problem. I showed him the text I received and he said it was at a different store so he would find out where.
I a couple minutes he discovered that my email was from a CVS pharmacy in Arizona, where we spend the winter. He quickly retrieved the necessary information to contact that store and transfer them here for the summer/fall and would have them filled in the afternoon. He was cheerful and positive throughout the process!

marysol the cashier was super rude. no customer service skills and seems to not have common sense. i was in line waiting to be called up to the register while she having a conversation with her two co-workers. she looks at my in the eyes & i look at her & says nothing. i ask, are you open & she said “um yes i can help you here.” very rude & used my 40% without asking me (i was saving it). my m-i-l then comes up to her as well & tried to be nice & have a conversation & she made her feel super awkward & marisol just made awkward eyes/face to her other coworker & saw me staring then stopped making the face. train your employees better to have customer service skills & not speak or act unprofessional in front of customers or quit & find a job you enjoy.

Everyone is always so friendly! I picked up some prescriptions today and I’m just always impressed at how much work they do, I know they are ALWAYS doing the best they can. Today Caleb helped me and patiently helped me with my coupon and was just so kind and went above and beyond!

Had my nurse call in 350 tablets of a medication will be using on a medical mission trip. Had her verify the quantity since I was traveling 2 1/2 hours. Four days after her phoning in the prescription they only had 126 tablets. Took 38 minutes from my arrival to departure. upside, they were the cheapest using GoodRx. Downside super slow, and despite four days heads up, did not have the quantity of medication needed to fill the prescription.

Such a fun place to shop while picking up my meds. Every single staff person that has helped us out has been friendly and courteous! Will never use another pharmacy as long as this location is open. Five Stars really isn’t even enough for the hospitality we are shown each and every visit.

I have no other choice for a pharmacy thanks to my insurance. Every time I run into some sort of issue. Most constant is my 3 month refill. I keep careful track when it will be ready. I call ahead before driving. “Oh we don’t have it ready. Just give us until this afternoon.” I drive over 4 hours later (plenty of time). Drive thru: “oh we don’t have it ready. Give us 20 minutes.” Giving time I drive back and they tell me they only have enough for 1 month supply. (The 1 month costs more than getting the 3 month) I run out of my meds the following day so what am I supposed to do?! I pay an extra $60 dollars because they can’t keep track of their customers whose lives are in their hands! They never have the amount of meds my insurance asks them to give me. Tip: my husband could create a program that makes a lot of their issues straightened.
