Bella was helpful, kind, and helped me find The coupons for my purchases. I have very good experience with the staff at CVS in Provo.

This is the closest pharmacy to my house, but the customer service was so poor behind the pharmacy counter, that I will go out of my way to use any other pharmacy to fill prescriptions in the future. Jackie specifically was rude and dismissive. I had just gotten out of surgery and was picking up my pain medication prescription, hoping to get it filled before the pain kicked in. I went back to the pharmacy to check on the status, and was told that since this was a narcotic prescription, the wait time would be longer, and it would take 30-60 minutes to fill. So I waited in-store, just hoping the post-surgery pain didn't kick in before I could get my prescription and get home. 60 minutes passed, I heard no update, so I got back in line. After a lengthy wait in line, Jackie informed me that my prescription hadn't been filled, and basically gave me the same line I'd received an hour ago, as if my initial interaction had never happened. I told her I'd already been told it would take an hour, and I'd waited an hour, and that I had just gotten out of surgery and needed to get home. She basically treated me like I was the nuisance in this situation....very dismissively told me it would be another 20 minutes, and that I should take a seat, with absolutely no apologetic tone or acknowledgement that I'd already waited for quite a long time and was given the incorrect information and was basically forgotten about. I read in other reviews for this specific pharmacy that people felt like the pharmacy techs seemed judgmental for the fact that they were picking up a pain medication, and I got the exact same feeling from Jackie. This prescription was sent to CVS by a surgeon who had just performed surgery on me. Come on now. On top of having a long day already, I definitely don't need that.I do understand pharmacies can get overrun, and this one definitely was. But people who work behind a pharmacy need to keep in mind that while you may be busy, the people you are interacting with are generally sick, in pain, and tired. Please just be a decent human being when you are in a customer service role, especially one where you are interacting with people who are sick and in pain.

They have a great automated phone system for refilling prescriptions. I just got my refill ordered in about two minutes. The drive through pick up line can be a little long though.

?ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND ARROGANT PHARMACY ??the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too. I’ve never had so many bad interactions with any pharmacy like this Provo one. They are completely disrespectful and arrogant with their customers. Every time I’ve gone in they have been conceded and never let me finish a sentence. DONT GO HERE BECAUSE NO ONE DESERVES TO FEEL DISRESPECTED BY A PHARMACIST. ?

Pharmacy has gone way downhill. Gave wrong strength of medication in mislabeled bottle and just said “our bad”. Constantly long wait times for filling despite texts saying prescription is ready.

Nathan in the pharmacy was kind of a jerk. Doesn’t know how to work with customers, and was kind of belittling. Maybe it wouldn’t have been as bad if it wasn’t just him and one other person, but definitely think Nathan needs to take a deep breathe.

Tried 3 days in a row to talk to pharmacist by phone to see if my BYU student (a minor) needed parental permission to get a flu shot.Waited on hold 30 min, 30 min then 50 minutes. After not reaching anyone, I drove over an hour to go with her!!!

This pharmacy is a joke!!!The girl working the night shift on 10/10/23 (not Bailey) needs to be fired (dark hair) - I just had surgery & my mom went to get my meds and she literally told my mom she wouldn’t give her my pain pills because she was going to fill everyone else’s order first - this is after CVS told me (before I left the hospital) they had my prescription ready! Then Bailey luckily stepped in to help and they filled it - but now it was an hour later then I was suppose to take it and only 1/2 my order was filledNow I’m in so much pain because the pain is so bad - also they need to stop acting like everyone is on drugs or idk what their deal is! Call the hospital at least and verify people if you have to !!!!!Thx!

CVS. Hold onto Employees that make you look.... Fabulous!like Craig (Pharmacist) He is so wonderful to deal with @provo store location. Not only is he always Kind, helpful, polite and professional.....his cheery disposition makes it so refreshing and easy when I have to deal with medications new and/or refills that are difficult to get in. I don't know if Craig goes out of his way to make sure they have what I need in ( if/when they don't he gets it ordered) but he always makes me feel like my needs are of the utmost importance. Above all, he's always very pleasant and cheerful in our communications. With all the stipulations/regulations on pharmacies and medications these days it's nice to know that Craig is there and doesn't let his job dictate his personality! Way to go Craig !!I will be a devoted CVS customer as long as Craig is"THE"-Pharmacist there. Thanks Craig. Every time I've spoke to you, you have made my day!P.S.Just in case you didn't know.......You are AMAZING!!Sincerely,T. Weight
