They were friendly and accommodating. I like the feel of a smaller community bank like when I was growing up. I also didn’t have to worry abt fees or having to deposit large amounts like at other banks.

This bank racially profiled me. First time that’s happened in years. The assistant manager acted surprised when I said I had a social and a member.I provided my passport and an Utah driver license and I had money to deposit but they wouldn’t let me open up a bank account. They claimed they needed a hard copy because “other” people have been lying about their socials. Completely unprofessional.
