Daniel the manager was one of the best managers that I have had the pleasure of working with. I had an issue that was really not a big deal and he took care of it as if it were. It is hard to find people/places that take care of people with that type of quality. I really recommend if you need help with tires, go here first. Thanks again Daniel!

The fine young men running this remarkable tire shop are honest, highly affordable (including price matching), fast (especially with online reservations or early morning visits), and dare I say—delightful. I had an oil change service from another company and they diagnosed a damaged spare tire and before I traveled back to Florida I needed a new spare quickly. I came into Discount tire with the badly damaged spare tire and Daniel got me back on the road in a very timely manner! He was helpful, professional, friendly and efficient. When I am back in town and I'm in need of tires, I will be back to Discount tire again. I just hope that Daniel will still be here.

While towing a trailer, the air pressure in one of my tires dropped from 42 to 15.. with another 1.5 hours left on my journey, Discount Tires jumped tight in AFTER HOURS and got me back on the road quickly!! I am so appreciative for their willingness to help. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service!

Had an amazing time today at this location nick scott was my tech and he made sure that I was tended too immediately, he was curious and offered water and drinks, super professional. He answered all my question very quickly and found answers I will be coming back everytime

I came for a quick air check but for some reason they decided that the car in front of me needed a whole spare tire installed. They should have just pulled the car into a bay and do the air check for me.

The service I receive here is always amazing! The guys are all so friendly and helpful. I got my tires changed last December and I only had enough money budgeted for just the tires. They let me know that my wind shield wiper blades were basically nonexistent lol which I knew and told them I just didn’t have the funds right now to replace them. Once my tires were done they let me know that they replaced my windshield wiper blades for free! Because they didn’t want me getting caught in a storm and not being able to see! Im a mom so I usually always have my toddler in the car with me when I go somewhere so I was soooo grateful that they did that for me and so happy with their customer service! I’m currently waiting for my tires to be rotated and a slow leak fixed. Every person I’ve interacted with has been so nice and friendly which is such a relief because as a woman getting any kind of car work done is a little intimidating, at least for me. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location anytime I need tire work done! :)

Edited to 5 stars: After getting into contact with customer service, I was able to bring my truck back in and they replaced the bad sensor in my tire hassle free and free of charge.
Original review below:
While they mounted the tires and got my alignment done alright, I asked for my TPMS on my front passenger side to be serviced and they completely forgot. And while they offered to do it still, since they held into my truck for a couple hours before informing me it was ready after I called in. However since picking up my truck, the TPMS has gone completely out on several wheels. And now I'll have to either get it fixed somewhere else or find the time to do it myself. Depending on if there's more issues going forward I'll drop my review score further.

Shea was super awesome to help me get the right tires on my truck. I had a budget and he helped me find the right tires at the right price and was really patient throughout the whole process. Awesome service and they work really quick. I definitely would recommend getting tires here.

While traveling through Provo we made an appointment to have 4 tires installed on our 5th wheel. Easy access, great service and I will always place my trust in this company. Maximo was great to work with as was the manager
We were in and done in under 90 minutes.
