I am for sure breaking up with my local grocery store! everything I bought in there I have looked at it Smith and that's messed it was literally 5 to $10 more. For $30 I got a lot of cute things for my home really good prices, I'm super excited that I went to the store today and I got a lot for my money. If you're looking for good deals on name-brand stuff definitely hit them up.!

The Dollar General stores are being sued for overcharging customers across the country. You can google that. I've been shopping at the Provo store for years. It has completely gone downhill in the last year. They go through staff like toilet paper now. Some of the short lived staff are full time tweakers on shift. Sometimes they're locked up an hour early, Other times they're temporarily locked up for a week. Then, they suddenly have huge fans blowing down the aisles. Now I'm bringing items up to register that are marked $3.50 on the shelf but ringing up at $4.oo. I brought items up marked $1.35 and they are ringing up $1.50. Even after returning after an entire month. The problem still remains. When I voice my concerns, the immature staff makes up untrue excuses like, "The item is in the wrong place" or "The price must have just gone up" Staff is indifferent and uncaring. Employee attitude towards customers is a direct reflection on management. I suggest finding ANOTHER new manager which seems this store has a problem holding onto. You've finally finished me off permanently as a customer. But who cares right?

Oh no I'm never going here ever again it gave me REALLY scary vibes, didn't have anything me and my friend came for, and felt so crowded even though there was like 10 people including me and my friend, so SO messy and cluttered and gross feeling. 0/10 never again

Stopped by a few times for quick items (not another nearby grocery store). Convenient for quick stops, but I often couldn't find what I needed and sometimes didn't feel super safe here. I always tried to hurry out.

the worst dollar general, rudest cashiers, can’t ever find someone to ring you up. Messy.

This place is cool. They're always open till 10: 00pm. They took the place of Allen's. No problem. Good selection friendly people.

This store employs the rudest most suspicious and paranoid people this county has to offer. If I never set foot inside that store again, I will consider it a personal victory.

The two teenage store clerks were some of the rudest associates I've ever encountered at a value store. I am concerned about how these associates treat at-risk populations. Many of the people who shop at this Dollar General Store are low-income. The clerk wouldn't honor a deal and was extremely disrespectful about the whole matter. On top of this, the clerks took a few minutes to ring up the costumer in front of me because they were in the back of the store seemingly talking. When they both came to the register they continued their conversation and failed to immediately address the people in line. When the costumer in front of me was trying to pay, the clerk walked away. The costumer left the money on the counter and walked out. It seemed like the costumer was distressed, but unwilling to wait to receive his change. These two employees need some serious training. The worst part of the ordeal was when the employee realized that I was overcharged he rudely said, "If it's that big of a deal, then here's a dollar." (Reaching into his wallet and grabbing the bill.) It matched up well with his costumer service. They were RUDE. They were even hesitant to tell me when Vicky--the manager--would be on shift. I think they are used to getting away with it because they deal mostly with low-income individuals that statistically do not file as many complaints. That's the sad part. Dollar General costumer's deserve better.
