We went to a hand full of different locations, finally came across what we were needing and the worker limited us on the quantity we purchased??? I asked if you guys put limits on items and she said no but it’s her own personal rule????

Called this Dollar Tree after going to 5 other Dollar Tree Stores and still needing more Palm tree light up mugs. Michelle answered the phone on the first ring and found all she had, even checked the back store room and held them until we could pick them up. Such great customer service!

The last couple of times the shelves have been thinly stocked in some areas. When I inquired about it I was told that they were working on getting stuff ordered but corporate was canceling things. Not sure what that means in the long run.

My husband and I went to buy some bags for my dog but my husband had the need to go to the bathroom, the lady at the counter refused to give him the key to the bathroom, what a bad service, if you have a need, you have to go to another store to go to the bathroom and if you have an accident, what a bad service Araceli.

Great store! There are quality products for a 1.25. I got a Revlon lip gloss for a 1.25. I would highly recommend the dollartree to everyone.

Just a little note to the cashier who closed his register when he had a full line of customers in it and left the other cashier by himself. Check faster!! and when you see you have a full line. Don't close your register. I know the job doesn't pay that much but still.

Terrible Terrible Terrible customer service! There was a man with a plaid red shirt and the worst mentality towards customers, he was super disrespectful when our card didn't work the first time and then he tried to say we stole our merchandise. We will never shop here again and it's all because of this Terrible treatment.
