Lots of chairs but I guess only one person works there and she was very very rude. I just asked about the wait for a haircut after she snapped at me wondering what I was doing there. Apparently she was full and working alone for the day and couldn’t find a way to tell me that politely.

I’ve been coming to Kassi since I was a kid, over 10 years! My whole family has too! She does an amazing job every single time I see her! I haven’t gone anywhere else in years and I never will! I had my misgivings about the no-frills atmosphere and low prices advertised, but I trusted the reviews and I'm so glad I did! I am happier with my haircut here than I have been even at some expensive salons. Kassie is a real gem and I will be coming back as long as I live in the area!

Kassi is amazing at what she does! I have walked into many salons and left feeling like I made a terrible decision, not at Downtown Salon. Kassi is talented, funny and make sure that you love it. I feel 1000x better and for exactly what I wanted.

Absolutely loved my haircut!!! I was looking for a new look that could be alot easier to handle. I have a toddler and a baby and I needed something to style quickly. I am ssoooo beyond grateful I came to this place! I was lucky to walk in and have my haircut in just a few minutes! The service was amazing and she was so kind to me! I was even able to donate my long hair (that was cut). I got a short haircut that I absolutely fell in love with?. Thank you!
