Nick was so attentive and took the time to understand where my pain was coming from before getting started. Genuine individual that was concerned about meeting expectations and a sincere desire for my wellness. Created a relaxing environment and made sure I felt comfortable- safety was very important to him. The deep tissue massage was just what I needed and he adjusted pressure as needed and sought feedback consistently. Would go again. This is an unsolicited review. First time visiting Nick.

Nicolas has developed a specialized joint massage that is amazing. He uses a combination of stretching and massage that releases tightness in the joint. It really helped my hips with flexibility and works on shoulders. I have used several therapists but I think he is the best!

I have gotten monthly massage from for a little over a year now and I’m very pleased. When I injured my hamstring Nicolas was able to help work on the pain and get the pain under control. Nicholas also helped me get rid of my sciatic nerve pain as well. I always enjoy my massages. Nicolas also helped coach me through a difficult time in my life and helped me balance my energy and face some challenges that I had been avoiding for a long time. I highly recommend Embody Wellness!!

Nick is an amazing massage therapist and I would recommend him to anyone. He has a very kind and calming personality which fits perfectly for what he does. He is great at focusing on any problem areas you need attending to, deep tissue work, and hitting every part of your body for complete relaxation. I always leave feeling like a completely different person.

Nic is AMAZING. I've been to about 15-20 different therapists before and Nic is by far the best! His deep tissue work is actually DEEP - he gets into rock hard muscles at the angles I always wished other therapists would. So happy to have discovered him!

Absolutely amazing deep tissue massages here. Super professional therapists, reasonable rates and fantastic location in Provo. I called last minute and they were ready in less than 45 mins. The place has just been renovated, everything is clean and well organized. It doesn't get any better after a long day skiing. I'll definitely repeat next time I'm in the area!

The owner said on the phone that they would accept my Groupon. The other person practicing massage with him would not take my Groupon when I got there. She called the owner's wife. The wife said they wouldn't accept the Groupon. They only accepted cash or Venmo even though their website said they took cards. They never returned my phone call after my appointment. The massage was average.

I've been going to Nicolas for massages for almost a year now. He did prenatal and postnatal massage when I needed those, and is a wonderful massage therapist for traditional massage. He has a way of connecting with your body to know what is needed. He's not chatty, which is really great. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have enjoyed and been greatly benefited from many massages by Nic over the years. I also recently had a consultation with Master Herbalist Vickie and gained answers and direction for some health concerns. Highly recommend Embody Wellness.
