The customer service from both the manager and staff at Provo, UT were above and beyond. The were very accommodating, polite and efficient.

Shame there’s a no 0 star review
I rented a Premium SUV in Las Vegas and everything was fine, in the roadtrip to Utah, the vehicle started to have some mechanic issues, we called and were told to go to this location and exchange the vehicle for one in the same category
They said they didn’t had anything in the same category, to came back tomorrow and then maybe they would have something, the funny thing is they DID had SUV in the same category, just said “those are reserved” So they give us a Mid-Size SUV vehicle
We had to stay in Provo for two nights and that wasn’t in our plan
We came back the next day, same answer, and they still had the others SUV
We now have to drive to the Airport to exchange the vehicle when we shouldn’t

Took a $12 Uber from Provo airport to get to the location. My car was ready when I got there. Place was easy to find and clean. The staff was very friendly. I was informed were to drop off the keys upon returning the car. Great experience

I had a reservation at a different company (Budget) when I got there to pick it up they didn't have the car I needed (able to hold 2 wheelchairs and 3 people). So I had to cancel. I ran over to enterprise across the street and unfortunately they could get me a car that fit my needs, but they contacted this location and they were able to get me the car I needed on very short notice. They made sure everything would fit. They were super nice and helpful. They took great care to make sure that my rental would accommodate all my needs and made sure I had full knowledge of how everything worked. I was in and out in out in a timely matter and was able to make it to all of my appointments. Thanks for making a stressful day a little easier.

I was told a car would be ready for me, I arrived and then told it would be 30 minutes. 15 minutes later, I was told the car was almost ready to leave the location in sandy, over 30 minutes away in traffic. Frustrating to be delayed over and over again when they knew I was coming and had scheduled a car. Ended up having to catch an Uber to my next destination and having to come back later.

I was getting off the Springville Utah 1400 north exit this morning at 6:20am, an Enterprise box truck was in front of me, he was in the right lain and moved into the left turning lain, I moved into the right turning lain, as we rounded the corner to turn left the box truck turned and went all the way over to the right hand lain and pushed me off the road,

I’ve used this Enterprise location a few times now. Overall it’s been ok. They always seem to be short staffed, but they get the job done. This last time though was really frustrating. My wife and I had a week long trip planned and wanted to make it special and fun by renting a luxury car. We were willing to pay a much higher price because we wanted the experience to be nice.
When I got to the location to pick up the car, the only person working there was busy cleaning a vehicle for someone waiting to rent. There were a total of four of us waiting to either pick up or drop off vehicles and the poor girl who was there alone had to take care of everything. She did the best she could, but she sure could have used some help.
When it was my turn, I was told that the only luxury car they had was not available. I could choose between a mini van or a mid size SUV. I was very disappointed, but chose the SUV and tried to make the best of it. The trip was not nearly as enjoyable though. They are supposed to offer something equal or better when they can’t give you what you reserved. Just be aware if renting from this location that they don’t have a lot of vehicles and you may get stuck with something you really don’t want.

I was brought here by a very kind individual driver who started off my experience. He was great and kind, why this isn't 1 star. When I got to the shop was where things went wrong. The young blonde girl across the counter told me that they had my car at the Orem location and then made NO EFFORT to talk to me about transporting me there or tell me I need to try to get a ride. They never talked TO me, just ABOUT me. She then came over after whispering to her manager about the issue and she starts getting my info, not telling me why but I surmised creating an account for me. She then finished, went out and got the car, walked around by herself and brought me a coupe 2 row seat when I had 3 car seats that were not going to fit safely after Geico had already told them that. After reiterating that to her, she said "Ohh" and turned to this lady next to her and mentioned it to her. This ponytail woman then talked directly to her, NOT to me again and said " Well that's all we have and all her insurance will cover." After asking if the other location had a bigger car, I was told no with no solutions given or empathy given. I left with the coupe, frustrated and upset and will never come back to this location as they let me leave with a car that wouldn't keep my family safe. After calling the Orem location they WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to help and switch out the car to make my kids safe on the roads, and they have earned my business for life. Makes me sad and upset that just because I look young, I was treated as such. Will not be back and making sure we tell our large multi business national Service company never to use their business again.
