Returned some google fiber routers with them. After a couple months google charged me and said they never received them. I went in and the lady behind the counter was very rude. She scammed the QR code I had from Google and she said it looked like I never brought it in. She insinuated multiple times that I was lying and never really brought them in. Also blamed me for not keeping the receipt, I understand I should’ve held onto the receipt but after over a month of not hearing anything I assumed everything was good and threw the receipt away. She repeated blamed me for FedEx not doing their job. Horrible experience that cost me $250. I will not be using FedEx again.

Customer service here is a joke. Person at the front desk didn’t have the ability to help me or transfer me to somebody that could. I called the general customer service line and it was impossible to talk to a real person.

Best experience I’ve ever at a postal office! I was in and out in less than a minute to do a return. Stephen is a fabulous employee and was super helpful. I would highly recommend this FedEx location in the future!!!

This Fedex is fantastic! They make doing returns through various ecommerce sites so easy! I walk in and feel like they immediately take care of everything. The service is so great! Thank you!

Rachel was excellent at attending to my stresses regarding a lost package this morning. Unfortunately, the package was incredible expensive so I was adamant about answers. Her patience, and compassion was seriously appreciated. I know this is a trying time for everyone. 5 stars would have been made if the package was scanned properly to begin with. :) (to no fault of Rachel’s but whomever worked Wednesday 11/27 at 5:00 PM)

I went to print some papers white and Black. I asked for the email needed to send the document for printing. Which she gave me but for her help she charged me 2.50. This has never happened at this location any of the other times I have been there. When I ask her why she said it is because I had printed the document behind the counter. What ??This is ridiculous!!! I am a student and taking advantage of people is not good. I have come a lot to this location but I will never be back. Horrible customer service.

Came in to make some self serve copies. After, there were no paperclips at the self serve desk. They had a stapler but I didn’t want to staple my papers. The girl at the counter told me I’d have to buy a box of paper clips Really? They couldn’t spare 3 paper clips? Pretty lame customer service.
