Came in to make some self serve copies. After, there were no paperclips at the self serve desk. They had a stapler but I didn’t want to staple my papers. The girl at the counter told me I’d have to buy a box of paper clips Really? They couldn’t spare 3 paper clips? Pretty lame customer service.

Store hours say 7pm and it was closed at 6:35. No sign or anything explaining why it was not open during business hours.

I had a positive experience. I needed to ship an item for personal use. There was no wait, the employee, Camille, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was essentially in and out.I would recommend based on my experience.

Under new management :( I’ve been going to this FedEx for years and have always enjoyed the great customer service and fast and reliable shipping. The shipping is still good, but the customer service at this location is not.FedEx boxes and brown paper packing has always been included in the cost of the label. This store is now charging and extra $3.99 for brown packing paper for a small box. When I asked to just use paper in their recycling pile, I was told I couldn’t.Charging for packing paper might be a FedEx policy, and not a store policy. Either way, it’s poor customer service. There’s no way a few scraps of packing paper should cost $3.99. If FedEx is worried about losing money on the packing paper, then they should include it in the cost of shipping like they do with the boxes (which are much more costly than the wispy packing paper).As for this store, there are a lot of ways they could’ve stepped up their customer service, in the face of FedEx HQ requiring them to charge a ridiculous price for packing paper. They could’ve acknowledged it was ridiculous - that would’ve helped diffuse things, even if it doesn’t solve the problem. Letting me use recycled paper would’ve been even better - why buy new?If they change their policy, I’m happy to update this review.

Fed Ex is terrible. I dropped off my package to return to a store and they didnt put in their system that I had dropped it off. They lost my package and now I have to file a claim to get my money back. dont use fed ex. find any other shipping company.

I went into the store with a ridiculous amount of items to be shipped and Rachel was absolutely fantastic. She provided good recommendations and then helped me ship all my items!

Just your average FedEx location. What differs this location from others is that the self-service printer seems to always work (as opposed to other FedEx stores where it's not working a lot of the time).The staff is always very friendly, especially when you're shopping packages with complicated addresses. With printing, I feel like they really want us to have a good experience, especially if we're printing a lot of stuff.For business, I use this place to ship everything. For personal. I come here to print things out a lot because the self-service printing is cheap and easy. You just have to email the file to their print email and you're good to go.It's also useful to reroute your FedEx packages here, in case you're planning on not being home when a FedEx delivery is arriving.

They have an entirely new team who is slow and incompetent, and despite knowing that about their business they are completely unwilling to admit when they screwed up, or do anything to make amends. I told the manager that if they couldn't do anything to fix their mistake, I would handle all of my business shipping through their competitor, and she could not have cared less. The team is unmotivated to contribute to the success of the company by caring for the customers.

I've been here many times for printing needs and I feel like these employees would break an arm or a leg to provide me the best possible service. Lol that sounds so wrote but it's coming from the bottom of my heart.

Had a great experience completing a shipping return! Nathan helped me out and was super friendly and knew what he was talking about. Also the environment of this store is great - wide open, very clean, music playing in the background - not too loud or too soft. Made me happy to be there. Hard to imagine a shipping and paper store being any better than this!!
