Today I got off work a tad bit early to drive down to Provo to get 90lbs of dog food. My dogs are out of their raw food. I called the store owner and advised him I was enroute. He took my payment and told me he would leave the 90lbs outside on the side of his business. This is not the first time we have done this because he closes before I can get there.
I drove an hour and half in heavy traffic going approximately 10 miles per hour. I pulled up to the store and the food was not where he said he was going to put it.
I tried calling him and left messages. I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes waiting in anticipation that he would call me. I left with no success. Either he forgot or the food was stolen.
I am now out $500.00 and some. I am really frustrated. I just wasted a lot of time, effort, and money. I hope a miracle happens tomorrow.
Tomorrow came and Garrett called me in the morning. He was very apologetic and said he had forgotten to set my order outside. To make it right He delivered my order to my doorstep and gave me some dog treats and amazing beef Jerky! THANK YOU GARRETT FOR MAKING IT RIGHT!
Great customer service, humble, and transparent. So far my dogs LOVE the food and treats! We are loving the new dog food formula! And we LOVE the beef jerky!!

5 Stars – My Dogs Are Obsessed!
I can’t say enough good things about Ford’s Meats in Provo — especially their dog treats! Every time I walk through the door with that signature Ford’s bag, my dogs absolutely lose their minds with excitement. I swear they know the sound of it crinkling.
These treats are clearly made with quality ingredients, and you can tell Ford’s puts real care into everything they do. My pups are picky, but they go crazy for these – tails wagging, ears perked, and full-on happy dances every single time.
If you want to spoil your dog with something genuinely special (and made locally!), Ford’s Meats is the place. Their treats have become a household favorite in our home — and I think my dogs would give them six stars if they could!

Fords is great to work with! You get a quality product with excellent customer service and they remember you and your pet and do their best to make sure you’re happy and that your pet is well taken care of! I don’t buy my dog pet food or treats anywhere else!

I don't eat meat a ton but I saw the sign outside yesterday saying you could get a free dog bone if you went in! I walked in and they were so friendly and, to my surprise, even gave me an EXTRA bone! My dog devoured the first one and it was huge! I'm saving the bonus one for a special occasion. I will definitely be going back to check out all their other dog treats. Hidden gem!

Fords was Phenomenal. I asked for my hide back and just pulled it out of the freezer 7 months later only to have Christmas come early, THEY FLESHED MY HIDE! I didn’t even realize that they’d fleshed it when they gave it back to me after butchering my deer. We’ve been devouring their jerky it is delicious. The peppered and sweet and hot are by far the family favorite flavors. They took my deer on short notice (morning after I shot it) and the even our kids have loved the venison they gave me. And they were very thorough I got so much meat from a little 3x2 point mule deer. We’ve been eating it for 6 months and are just now having to buy beef again. 10/10 will recommend in the future.

Went to Ford’s for the first time last week. Bought a lot of treats and even raw dog food. So excited we have a local supplier of raw dog food and high quality treats. Can’t wait to keep coming back. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service as well…greeted with a smile and they answered all my questions. Keep up the amazing work!

We buy the dog treat sticks at Beaver Sport and Pawn. We live in Delta now and made a special trip on Friday to buy dogs treats in the little pieces. Get there and it says closed for the day :( Super frustrating since we made sure to make the trip on a Friday cause they are closed Saturday and Sunday. Boom:(

If you're going to sell raw dog food then you should probably make sure you keep it in stock. Dogs need consistency. Don't sell a product you have no intention of keeping in stock. They've been out for two weeks and still I was told it might be back in another week.
Since it's not a priority for you and after reading the review about the bullet fragments I will be taking my business and that of my friends and family elsewhere. My animals definitely deserve better than that.

I’ve been getting dog treats at Ford’s for over 5 years and they are by far the treats my dog loves the most. He goes crazy for the buffalo squares! As someone who has a service dog my dog gets treats all day. With milk bones and bacon strips or whatever else comes at the grocery store he will get sick if I give him too many because they are processed. With Ford’s treats he can eat all day and his stomach is totally fine!
