"Southern Tire Mart." I just took my 26 ft box truck to change my tires. When changing tires, they broke my security key, not allowing them to remove the rest of the security nuts. Best idea break those nuts. At the end of the job, they told my driver that the security nuts were broken and needed to be replaced them for regular nuts HOWEVER, they did not mentioned that bolts were broken too and it was a big chance of getting those bolts inside of the drum. They did not want to mention that because that directs into a much bigger problem, which it happened. That piece broke my new brake pads and made wholes in my drum. I don't recommend this place. They don't take responsibility.

Their techs were able to see me fairly quickly and help me sort out the problem with my truck.

The guys at GCR were outstanding and help us Identify faulty tires that were put on by another shop. They spent tons of time (more than they should have) trying to balance a set of tires that in the end were faulty. Had a blow out today on 15N exit 276, Edgar is so helpful! The guy that came out did something that I never seen before, he actually got a metal brush and clean the threads before he mount the wheel! They go above and beyond! Great people! Thank you again!Service: Tires

I have used gcr 3 times now. Once in Portland or and 2 times in commerce city co. Those 2 locations are awesome. Tons of selections on tires and sizes. I need 16 ply steer tires and they have so many choices at both these locations. West lake ut and provo ut not so much. I wouldn't recommend either of those locations for gcr.

was beyond great! So I had to leave a review so others would know about this place and choose them when they’re looking for a good place To have their car serviced! The employees acknowledge you right away and they have your best interest in mind, this is hard to find trust me I’ve had my share of experiences before at auto shops but this place is definitely 5/5 stars! More importantly I want to point out the General Service manager Sam; Sam is the type of person you want managing the show! This guy has all the qualities needed for an Auto Shop: Respectful, Honest, understanding, dependable and professional •yes I’m able to see all of this in a person if you’re asking yourself lol so there you have it!
