I was very frustrated with Aluminum Paint all over my hands and purse, when I entered the store. The kind clerk took care of me quickly and efficiently. I was cleaned up, and able to make my purchases and go on my way. Thank you!

I come into Ace all the time. The workers are so friendly! They even know me by name now! You can tell they really care about their customers and I always get amazing service each and every time.

Typically a five star rating in my book but now weak in one area -- sharpening chain saw blades.
I dropped off two chains for a modest sharpening. The older gentleman who has historically done this service is now gone.
The younger male associate who performed the service doesn't seem to be trained. Both chains were blunted at 90 degree angles (kind of hard to do) .
When I returned to the store to have the chains correctly sharpened, the associate informed me of the personnel change and said 'sorry' for my bad luck and didn't try to correct the issue.
Gordon's is a premium priced store so one would expect premium service. That is why I have historically chosen Gordon's.
I need to find a new place for chain sharpening. Gordon's Ace used to be best in class.
