They didn’t blend one of my son’s hair fully on one side. The other son has missed hair on top of his head. They messed up by missing parts of the back and sides of both son’s hair done with a buzzer. The back and sides have spots that are still the length of the hair prior to the cuts. I would have been better off trying to cut the hair myself.
I advise to avoid this location, or paying a few more dollars and using a good business for a haircut.
If I could give zero stars I would due to how bad these are.

Very kind staff but stylist was in a hurry and I still corrected 3 times and came home and looked closer and it’s one of the worst haircuts I’ve had. Not even at all and only halfway cut.

The hairstylist was great! I don't recall her name but she was friendly and adjusted as I asked her to make changes to the cut.

I didn’t even have to go in to give two stars. I simply asked if I had to make an appointment to go in and get haircut or if it was a walk-in and the lady who answered the phone at first was super nice and just said That they were a walk-in clinic which was fine and then we said goodbye however, she didn’t hang up the phone all the way and started saying “if I had a dollar for every time somebody asked if we take appointments I would be able to pay off my student loans”. You should Make sure you’re off the phone before you start saying other things.

Very helpful for a clueless toddler mom. My kids look so good and the staff were very kind and interactive.
Edit: my 3 year olds hair cut was done so well and the other stylist who did my 2 year oldd hair was supposed to do the same cut woth no style because we don't style the boys hair on a daily basis so I didn't want it looking one way combed and another when it's not. But she did and after a bath, his hair stuck straight up. A few months since the cut and my older boys hair lays flat and nice still but slightly longer and my 2 year olds hair looks crazy at all times.

Distracted, fast, hair-yanking. 0/5.
I have fine/thinning hair and the stylists here are consistently rough—my scalp hurts after, and I look and feel more bald after visits here. I never feel like crying about losing hair EXCEPT after visits at this location.
Recently my stylist was cutting my hair while talking to her coworker, without even looking at me, and left a bald patch with a razor above my ear. She was also tugging so HARD to make actual cuts with scissors.
I came in excited to get a haircut and left feeling frustrated, embarrassed, and honestly violated.
I’ve had a haircut every 1-2 months for most of my life, and this place hands down is a “wham bam thank you ma’am—next please” kinda place. 0/5.

Honestly not that great, the wait is always long and the hairstylist are usually not even doing anything. Every haircut I've gotten has been terrible and overpriced. Last time I went the wait was 15 minutes and after 35 minutes they finally called someone and completely skipped my name so I didn't even get a haircut.

I have gone in because of a coupon in my email and they did not honor the coupon and manager or supervisor was putting up a fit about it so I just paid but furthermore the girl messed up my haircut really bad because instead of giving me a hard part She just cut the whole side of my hair off I was trying to be nice about it. However, they wouldn’t be nice about even giving me a discount so don’t think I would recommend this location.
