The workers were very very nice, I went in 45 minutes after they had been open to order a fresh cinnamon roll and they hadn’t been baked yet. They had one cinnamon roll from the day before that they were selling for the same price as the fresh ones. I’ve been to other locations at the same time and all the food products were ready. Just kinda a let down this morning. I would recommend advertising the times certain food products will be ready if this is a store thing.

Wow! Great harvest really supports the community! We are so excited to run the freedom run with their scrumptious honey whole wheat bread as our fuel! The atmosphere was wonderful, and the moment we walked in we were bathed in the sweet aroma of a local business baking delicious bread. In addition, the service was amazing, and the employee who took my order was pleasant and helpful. I’m excited to return again and again to one of the most wonderful, not to mention delectable local businesses around!

The Great harvest has always made excellent cinnamon rolls.
I haven't bought any in years. What happened??? Probably the worst cinnamon rolls I've eaten other than Pillsbury's. Doughy on the inside from under cooking and stale feeling and tasting on the outside. Barely enough cinnamon to be called a cinnamon roll. A sprinkle at best. Also, this tasted like bread dough and not sweet bread dough. No brown or even white sugar on the inside either. Then this nasty white icing. Really and truly awful.
I hope their Dakota bread hasn't gone down here too.
I know I can't expect home-baked quality and flavor but these were genuinely inedible. Well not inedible because my dogs ate them.

This has been the greatest experience of my life!! I have never received such great customer anywhere; we were made to feel like a royalty. Our server, an angle named Sophie, was sooooo nice and helpful and made our children feel like she had known them for years. I would highly recommend this place and if you come here ask for Sophie.

My wife and I special ordered homemade hamburger buns for the Superbowl and they were excellent!!! We ordered the white bread buns and boy were they delicious. They were moist and very satisfying. We don't like it much when our hamburger buns fall apart when eating them. Like I said, they are the very best we have ever eaten. All our kids told us how much they enjoyed them as well. We would give the owner/baker of these hamburger buns an A+ and highly recommend Great Harvest in American Fork without any reservation. We have also purchase their breads and have eaten the Bacon, Tomato, and Avacado, sandwich as well. It is a cheerful atmosphere as well and those serving you are generous with their samples. We have met both Jaime and her husband, the owners of Great Harvest and enjoy their out going personalities. Their employees are also friendly and very courteous. I LOVE great harvest. They have the BEST bread baked fresh everyday. It lasts longer than any bread i buy at the store. It stays fresh the whole time, and I’ve sworn off buying bread from anywhere else. And who doesn’t love a free slice of bread with your purchase? Also, they have a great assortment of sandwiches and salads.
