Twice I have had this Home Depot have issues with a gift card, and they refuse to do anything about it, even with proof of purchase and waiting to open the gift card until I’m at the register to use the gift card they refuse to honor the amount that the gift card is supposed to have. $300 that’s gone nowhere but their pockets now!

I’m very disappointed in how my relative was treated by this store. You 1000% took advantage of her having her insure and rent 2 dollies. I paid for your $$$ dishonesty. Treat people better.

Don’t do business with them! We had something on order and we told them to set all of it aside and have it picked up later after we paid for it. They call and said they didn’t have enough on hand after we specifically told them to set all aside, and they cancelled the order! Incompetent all around!

Provo Home Depot. Renzo was great help for me in the lock and key department. He same keyed several door knobs and deadbolts that I had purchased. Very pleasant to work with.

Typical Home Depot. They stay pretty stocked except for sprinkler supplies in spring. Generally you have to flag someone down but then they are usually very helpful.
