I called to ask a question on tube lights and customer service answered and said they would transfer me to electrical. They sent me to electrical and then hung up on me twice .

My boyfriend went to this location and was falsely accused of stealing an item after spending hundreds of dollars they accused him of stealing an item not worth much. why would he steal a low dollar item after spending so much money? The loss prevention manager then spent 2 hours with him going through all the camera footage of him going to every home depot ever. he has never stolen anything from them once in all the years of him going there. They gave him a lifetime ban over a simple mistake. Do not recommend this location.

I rented a Penske moving truck. I was supposed to pick it up at 11:00 am. However, it was broke, no one recorded it so Penske didn't know. So I showed up, waited a half hour to get it and there was none. I was given a number to call but Penske doesn't have a live person. I ended up driving to Sandy for a truck. That was another half hour wait. Then there was no dolly in the truck as paid for so I had to drive back. I would have given 1 star but this was half Penske's fault and the Home Depot gentleman that helped did a fantastic job, wish I could remember his name. I would recommend that Home Depot drop their Penske offering after this incident.

Don’t do business with them! We had something on order and we told them to set all of it aside and have it picked up later after we paid for it. They call and said they didn’t have enough on hand after we specifically told them to set all aside, and they cancelled the order! Incompetent all around!

Provo Home Depot. Renzo was great help for me in the lock and key department. He same keyed several door knobs and deadbolts that I had purchased. Very pleasant to work with.

Typical Home Depot. They stay pretty stocked except for sprinkler supplies in spring. Generally you have to flag someone down but then they are usually very helpful.
